No icon on the Navigation Bar in Firefox 17?

Post by mousethief »

I upgraded from Firefox 16 to Firefox 17, and the little NoScript icon in the nav toolbar seems to be gone. I really liked the functionality it provided because you could right click on it then click all the things you wanted to allow before it went away; whereas the other one goes away every time you click something. It also doesn't take up room like the disappearing reappearing bar.

I looked through the option tabs, but couldn't see where to add it. When I went to the Firefox toolbar customization program, the only two icons you could add were "Temporarily allow all this page" and "Revoke temporary permissions."

Am I missing something obvious? Or is it gone?

Thanks!

Is there an icon in the Addon Bar (Ctrl + Shift + / to enable)?

It certainly isn't gone.

Thank you! Yes, it was hiding on the add-on bar. I was able to go into the "Configure" applet and move it from the add-on bar to the navigation bar where I want it. Thanks, Thrawn!
