Unable to add to white list.

I am unable to add to the white list. The address I wish to add is "customerservice@netflix.com"(without the quotation marks). I already have a generic "netflix.com" address in there. In the whitelist the "allow" button always stays red. Is it possible that I cannot add another "netflix" address to the whitelist even though it may have a different destination at netflix I.E. "discship at netflix"or "info at netflix" ???

That's an email address, and as such it doesn't need to be whitelisted.
What are you trying to accomplish, exactly?
