JDownloader support?
JDownloader support?
I was shocked seeing JDownloader not supported yet. Could you implement support?

Re: JDownloader support?
Wow, the list is so extensive and downloaders dime a dozen.
I am sure Giorgio will consider it and probably do it but oh so many downloaders and so little time

Re: JDownloader support?
I'll take your word for it as I don't know but your excitement over it makes me want to go and check it out. I will download and play with it, thanks.
Edit: google of JDownload returns a crap load of unrelated stuff, do you have a direct link to the makers of it?
Edit2: this is the most reliable link I could find to it: http://sourceforge.net/projects/jdownload and the only downside for me is that I am not a big fan of Java based apps. Willing to give it a shot though, you never know until you try.

Hi, what's the easiest way to detect your presence and to pass you as many parameters as possible among the ones supported here?Jiaz(JD-Team) wrote:Hi,

Re: JDownloader support?
Well I typed "jdownload" and maybe that's why but I doubt leaving the "er" in the end would make such a big deal but I guess it did, I found youJiaz(JD-Team) wrote:Hi,

I just googled around and found this threadGiorgio Maone wrote: Hi, what's the easiest way to detect your presence and to pass you as many parameters as possible among the ones supported here?

Btw you know that you can throw all kind of source to jd (http links, page link, sourcecode with links in it), jd supports over 300 decrypters (1 link to copy and jd will do the rest (find links, find passwords, sometimes even crack captchas)!
in case you need contact, my email is jiaz@jdownloader.org

Re: JDownloader support?
I wanna make FlashGot send links found in pages browsed with Firefox, along with context (e.g. session cookies) to JDownloader for seamless Firefox integration.Jiaz(JD-Team) wrote: If i understood correct you wanna combine flashget with jdownloader? if thats so what do you need for this to work?
What I need is any kind of interface (command line, networked, whatever) to pass this info.
I can pass URL(s) (in a batch), description (one for each URL), the referer header, cookies and POST data.

Re: JDownloader support?
What kind of interface can flashget use? Only possible to call a program with parameters or can it also call a specific url? First solution would be to expand jd with more paramters, but i prefer a special flashgot interface (eg like a simple webinterface where flashget sends the data to)?
We can discuss this here or via email or you can join irc and talk there live with me

Re: JDownloader support?
Of course, if you're running a web server inside JDownloader (BTW, I run one inside FlashGot as well
) I can send you all the stuff through an GET or even a POST request.
Contacting you in private for details, thanks for the cooperation.

Re: JDownloader support?
The problem is JDownloader's team not having found yet the time to do their part of the integration workR0bbie wrote:What seems to be the problem?

In the meanwhile you can use Orbit Downloader, which works just fine with RS Premium and FlashGot.
