I want the same thing... I realised that yes you can install it but i can't get the flashgot option to work on the firefox mobile browser...Is this something we can look forward to?

It appears the extension still wouldn't work on FF Android. It can be installed, but its commands cannot be accessed. Extension options are also unavailable. I tried tweaking some flashgot. options in about:config, but to no avail.
Are there plans for Android support?
