Move of Info bar to top of page.

Some update, I had has moved the information bar (the one that let's me know that only 14/18 scripts loaded, etc.) Is there a setting I can use to move it back to the bottom, it annoyingly pops in about the time I am going to click on some pages causing me to click a link above where I was aiming.

NoScript Options > Notifications and recheck "Place message at the bottom".
