Button disappears out of navigation bar

Previously, when a video was playing, a button would appear in the navigation bar that would display the selections available for download and a single file/option could be selected. Now it has disappeared. I cannot find an option to make it appear again. The only option is the Ctrl-F7, which lists all files/options available but does not allow for renaming of files like the single option did. Please advise.
