I can't add sites to my whitelist

To put it simply...when I add sites to my whitelist...they don't stay i.e. I add a site to my whitelist and next time I visit the sites they need to be allowed again. I've searched to see if anyone else has this problem and found a solution but apparently I'm the only one this is happening to. Some sites do stay in the whitelist but some don't. One example is https://www.ixquick.com/
If anybody has any ideas on this I'd love to continue to use the program.
Just to be clear, I add the sites in the whitelist, click on allow, and click ok.

First, try to check whether they stick if all your extensions are disabled except NoScript.
If they do, try Standard Diagnostic to identify the likely conflict.
If they don't, try to use NoScript Options|Export for future reference, then NoScript Options|Reset.
