Internet access using proxy is broken in Firefox 18 -Nighlty
Using Firefox 18 (Windows 7 x64) and Noscript 2.5.6, it's not longer possible to get internet access when using a proxy. After deactivation of Noscript, everything works fine. It also does not work with Noscript 2.5.7rc3.

Anything relevant in Error Console?

No there's nothing written to the Error console.
It's just shown "Server not found" in the browser.

Re: Internet access using proxy is broken in Firefox 18 -Nig
I am leaning towards and Fx issue and not a NoScript issue here.

Re: Internet access using proxy is broken in Firefox 18 -Nig
Looking at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=797684 it seems to happen also if you configure the proxy manually.
Is this correct, or should we assume it happens with PAC files only (which would hint at a problem in loading them)?

BTW, per comment 13 on the bug, it works for me both with manual configuration and with PAC.

Re: Internet access using proxy is broken in Firefox 18 -Nig
According to comment 34 the issue should be fixed in Firefox 19.
I just installed the actual Nightly version 19, but the problem is still existing.
Do you have to change something in addition within NoScript ?

(Are you sure you got a build with the changeset in it?)

See if the changes https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/6ee4101a85f3 are actually in the build you have.

Re: Internet access using proxy is broken in Firefox 18 -Nig
Changes are now included in the current nightly build of Firefox 19.
Using NoScript 2.5.7 having ABE activated, internet access using manual proxy or PAC file is now possible again.
Thanks a lot to Girgio.
