active window moves to the back

Post by mz9 »

I'm having a glitch where if I have multiple Firefox windows open when I open a page with a Youtube or similar video embedded then window will move behind all the other open Firefox windows. When I disable no script it stops. I tried resetting the settings, but no luck.

Pretty sure this is a (now common & so far ongoing) Mozilla/Flash issue & is happening even if NoScript is not installed, just that you are not necessarily realizing it. With NoScript (& I suppose you are blocking Flash) it is not until you first allowance of Flash that the situation occurs. If you did not have NoScript installed, blocking Flash, it would occur when you first started up your browser (assuming a Flash object was in the startup sequence).
