Google+ notifications can't type in comment box

Hi, i've noticed that Noscript prevents me from typing in any of the comment boxes when i click on Google+ notifications, in the black Google toolbar. It works (with a clean Noscript profile - i just checked) on mail.google.com and on plus.google.com, but not any of the other google sites. so i cannot type in a comment when i'm viewing notifications on for instance youtube.com or google.com/reader, etc.

I disabled Noscript and checked if they then work, and they do. So clearly Noscript is the problem.
Can anyone help me what might be causing this? And where i can look in Noscript's many options to make it work?

Can you check whether anything interesting pops up in your Tools>Error Console when this happens?

plus a whole list of errors when for instance google.com itself loads, but i guess those aren't relevent to the problem

Now, is there a reliable step-by-step method for me to reproduce this issue?

open mail.google.com or plus.google.com, click on the G+ notification box (where the amount of new notifications is shown), click on a comment, type in the box => this should work: you should see your letters appear

open google.com (or any other google product site: maps, youtube, reader, translate, etc.), click on the G+ notification box, click on a comment, type in the box => no letters appear

I tried, not getting your issue. Have you tried with a clean profile and NS and see if it still happens, it can be something else interfering.

I can verify that disabling "ClearClick" protection for trusted sites does fix this issue.

I'm running "Comments Evolved for Wordpress" on a personal site, and all of my sites (and everything referenced therein) is white-listed. However, when I click in the G+ comment field, I get a cursor but no characters are permitted to be entered. Disabling ClearClick for trusted sites permits characters to be entered.

I'm not sure this is intended functionality; with ClearClick enabled, I can click on the comments section without issue, but cannot enter text, and I receive no Clearclick warning.

If you are sure its a Clearclick issue, then report it, make note of the report number and submit it here so we can look into what caused it and if its a false positive or can be mitigated, we can take care of it.
