Whitelist all *.edu sites?

Post by nemo »

I read the FAQ and options, but I cannot figure out how to whitelist all sites coming from an .edu domain. The Whitelist won't let me add .edu or *.edu -- is it possible to do what I want? I'm using Firefox 15.0.1 on Win 7 x64. Thanks.

It's not a good idea to do this. How do you know that all .edu sites are safe? Bad guy hears about this, registers.edu site in Russia, sets up attack using whatever vulnerability is new, pwns you.

No, NoScript doesn't have this ability.

And that's exactly *why* it doesn't have this ability. ;)
