Loading a Applet file.

I think it was mentioned earlier too. When a applet file (say a game like caterpillar) is started from the system as the first FF instance , the game loads straight without any placeholder warning and permissions. Had any FF instance been open earlier, the NS warning works perfectly.Is the file:\\ supposed to work like that??

It's a side effect of some deferred intialization startup optimizations.
