Audio stream capture does not start

Trying to copy a flash stream from the wdna.org broadcast which then goes to Shoutcast.com from which the audio plays on my computer. Can open FlashGot Media (1), specify the download directory and the built-in downloader tab for Firefox 15 appears. The downloader lists wdna_Radio_Stations_Free_Internet_Radio_tunein_station.pls (4.7KB), but nothing further happens. In the specified download directory I can see this playlist (5 KB) but it never changes. In the FAQs, you recommend for streaming media ReGet Deluxe and further down DownloadStudio. Can you give me some guidance here as how I should proceed? Both download managers sound pretty cool.

I'm kind of drawing a blank as to how to get a download manager to pick it up?

You could use something like Screamer Radio & plug in this url for it to play (& optionally record): http://war.str3am.com:7990

(Some NirSoft utilities can likely do the same, but you may need to experiment a bit.)

I have not used ReGet, but I would not think it would help?

Q: How can I download video and audio streams with FlashGot?
A: Just open the page where the video or audio stream plays, and as soon as it starts you will see a new FlashGot Media status bar icon flashing as a notification: you can either left-click it to download all the streams at once, or right-click to choose among multiple streams, if more than one have been found. Q: FlashGot Media works great with videos from Youtube and many other sites, but does not work in a few situations, e.g. when Brightcove videos are involved (like in the New York Times video section). How can I download Brightcove videos and the like?
A: For that kind of video streams, which use an internal encrypted protocol bypassing the browser and therefore FlashGot, your only chance is an audio/video capture program. If you want an all-in-one solution which works great both as a download manager supported by FlashGot and as a capture tool, I recommend DownloadStudio.

This seems to imply to me that this is a typical use for flashgot. Please help me understand what I'm missing here.
