stopping NoScript home page from opening
Every time I open Firefox, a tab containing the NoScript homepage - the one that says something like "congratulations on using NoScript" - opens. How did I make this stop? It only started doing this when I had to re-enable my Firefox extensions. How do I make this stop? I close it and then it opens again the next time I open Firefox.

Have you checked your Firefox home page settings?
By default, NoScript will open the release notes page after updating; this can be configured via the Options-Appearances tab. But that wouldn't be every time you open the browser.
