Hi,
I seem to be getting errors when I try to use "Flashgot Link" (aka CTRL-F1) on an oron.com link using Jdownloader as the download engine.
Jdownloader seems to be getting the referer page as the download url.
If I use "Flashgot selection" then jdownloader seem to be getting the correct information.
Using: flashgot 1.3.0.1 and Jdownloader nightly

Re: Flashgot Link on Oron with Jdownloader cause error
Recently I started having consistent errors when using FlashGot with JDownloader on Oron links.
Perusing the JDownloader forum shows that I am not the only one and they blame it on FlashGot's processing.
Please fix it.
Thank you!

I would really appreciate a reply.

@alexo: I'm mostly involved with NoScript, not FlashGot, but can you give more details about what errors you're seeing, especially messages from Tools - Error Console? Maybe a link to the JDownloader forum discussions that you mentioned? Are you having the same issue as tranle?
The more details, the better the chance that someone more knowledgeable than myself will be able to help. Sorry I can't do more.

I'm checking what's going on, but in the meanwhile you can work-around by creating a boolean about:config preference named flashgot.redir.oron_com.enabled and setting it to false, then configure JDownloader with your Oron premium credentials.

Re: Flashgot Link on Oron with Jdownloader cause error
On a side note, the problem seems to be on JDownloader's side.
In facts, I've just managed to download correctly Oron links grabbed by FlashGot with other downloaders, such as Free Download Manager and DtA (provided that I'm logged in with my Premium account in Firefox).

Thrawn and Giorgio, thank you for your replies!
The link to the JD discussion is: http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=38322
Apparently the problem is circumvented by logging off Oron premium. I tried it and it worked for me
On a side note, is there a list for all the about:config options for FlashGot (and for that matter, NoScript as well)?
Had I known about that option, I would not need to post.
I agree that it is best to solve it on the JD side but, apparently, the developers don't seem to think so.
Perhaps if you, as the FlashGot developer, try to discuss it with them, better progress can be made.
They do seem to appreciate your offering as there's an option to install FlashGot right inside the JD UI.
Alternatively, is it possible to add per-downloader (as opposed to per-site) settings to FlashGot to disable special processing of premium accounts, or even all redirection altogether? That should solve similar problems.
Thank you!

Thank you for that. Although that may not be optimal when working with several downloaders or switching between them.Giorgio Maone wrote:I'm checking what's going on, but in the meanwhile you can work-around by creating a boolean about:config preference named flashgot.redir.oron_com.enabled and setting it to false, then configure JDownloader with your Oron premium credentials.

I suspect that the problem is that both FlashGot and JD try to resolve the premium account and end up stepping on each other's toes.Giorgio Maone wrote:On a side note, the problem seems to be on JDownloader's side.
