what happened to "Forbid Web Bugs" option?

after several upgrades to 2.3.7, it disappeared somewhere along the way

Search the forum, it has been discussed and announced that it would be removed a long time ago.

Use RequestPolicy.

NoScript is not intended as an image-blocker. It can't succeed in this task anymore, for reasons that, as my friend says, will be found by searching the forum, which we respectfully request be done before posting.

ABE can also be useful in blocking these.
