Crashes for me have been happening more often with each Firefox and NoScript upgrade. I've been using trial-and-error, but there is a lot to mix-and-match. I've disabled all my plug-ins except for NoScript, I've reset NoScript to its default settings, still crashing. Is there a conflict with the default Privacy settings?
Sites like YouTube.com or NBA.com may crash during streaming, and will 100% crash if I click on anything with flash. That is, I can stream a clip on YouTube... and it might suddenly crash mid-stream. I turn off GreaseMonkey (and the YouTube enhancer script) and it will crash less, but I still fear whenever I click "pause". If I want to click on a menu or pause a video from NBA.com, both of which are only enabled when I allow NBA.com and Turner.com, the browser will crash. NewGrounds tends to be OK with stuff, even if I only allow Newgrounds and NGfiles.
I am running Firefox 10.0.2 on Ubuntu with NoScript 2.3.4.
I am not using Firefox Sync, Firefox will warn me when sites try to install add ons, Firefox will block attack sites, Firefox will block web-forgeries, Firefox will tell websites I do not want to be tracked, Firefox will accept first party cookies but not 3rd party cookies.
NoScript will automatically reload a page when permissions change, I have not added any new whitelist entries, all Additional Restrictions are checked (and do not apply to whitelisted sites), WebGL is forbidden, every object from untrusted sites are blocked, ClearClick is always on, most of the appearance and notifications boxes are checked. In the Advanced section, everything is checked in the Untrusted tab, NoScript elements are visible in the Trusted section, XSS is sanitized and POSTs turn into GETs, HTTPS-only and Secure Cookies are not enabled, ABE is enabled, both default rule-sets are enabled, and no external filters are set.

Huh, just like that, trial-and-error worked out -- somehow disabling ClearClick protection on Trusted Pages (by default it's turned On) fixed this. ClearClick protection on Untrusted Pages remains On.

And just for clarity's sake, things are a lot easier if you know what to search for:
Apr 2011: Same Flash problem.. but I didn't know to search for "clearclick"

Does just the plugin crash, or the whole browser?
Do you get any meaningful message?
If it's the whole browser, could you link your most recent about:crashes entries here?
