no password and username compability when using flashgot
When i am logged in a username and password encrypted site and try to use flashgot to download videoclips to Jdownloader it asks for username and password for each of the videoclips. This is ok when i have a few clips to download but when i,m downloading 300+ clips this is a pain in the ass. Any solutions?

I believe you can let JDownloader remember your credentials.
Anyway, I'm currently working with JDownloader's developers to automatically set the credentials (which FlashGot actually sends but JDownloader doesn't support yet).
