iGoogle: the notification bar appears only momentarily

I've noticed this issue in iGoogle page.
Using latest dev NoScript v2.2.9rc2

To reproduce:
- go to iGoogle & press "Sign in" to login
- press"Switch to the new look"
- add a gadget, e.g go to funny cat photos & press "add it now" and then and press "Back to iGoogle Home"
- verify in NoScript's Options>Notifications tab that "show message about blocked scripts" is checked and "hide after x seconds" is unchecked.

in iGoogle Home, you'll notice that, some domains have been blocked by NoScript
(in my case: esaba.com and auriq.com - since I have google.com, gstatic.com & gmodules.com permanently allowed)

but the problem is that the Notification bar on bottom of the screen appears only for a second and then disappears.

The problem also appears when you click the iGoogle link
that is located on bottom left of the page in https://www.google.com/ (provided that you have signed in, of course).
(using latest dev NoScript v2.3.2rc3)
