I'm having Flashgot hang a lot of late. I'm actually waiting up to an hour for it to transfer links to JDownloader.

What version of JDownloader?
What version of Java?
What does FlashGot Options | Advanaced -> Show Log... show? (Perhaps only the last entry set.)

Do you have the same problem with FF 10.0?

Does it happen for any link, or for links on specific file hosting providers?
Notice also that JDownloader's interface is HTTP-based, and a request to localhost:9666 is sent by Firefox: have you got any security/networking software which may interfere?

It's been working fine for a while but in the last few nightlies it's really hanging.

(It would be in %TMP%, I believe.)

Sorry, not had a chance to check with FF10 yet. I also don't have a flashgot.fgt.* folder or file, I do have a folder named "flashgot.33fkidjs.20100904-sabret00the" and that's empty.

Also it was just two links, I clicked flashgot selection. The links are masked using linksafe.me

Does it happen with plain links?
FlashGot tries to "unmask" linksafe.me links by following them and analyizing the landing page. Maybe something (either in Firefox or on linksafe.com) broke making the intermediate requests very long. May I see them (PM)?

Speed has been restored. Though it behaved oddly with the session restore. Wiping out several tabs and overwriting one of the app tabs.
