I remember being able to download vids with flashgot by using the icon that flashes in the bottom right corner whenever I played media.
The icon has stopped appearing. I am using firefox 8.0.1 and flashgot 1.3.7. I have uninstalled every addon except flashgot and tried downloading a vid and still no success, so it isn't add-ons clashing. Any ideas?

For the record, this is free software, supported by a part-time staff of unpaid volunteers, totaling four, and I am NoScript-only. Which leaves the developer (quite busy developing, actually), and three other part-timers, each of whom has to make a living in the Real World.
If no one replies within a week or more, then a bump is understandable.

If you want a full-time paid support staff, with dozens of people working 24/7 to answer all inquiries as they come in, a donation of a few hundred thousand dollars, euros, or pounds could probably fund that for some number of months.
