FlashGot fails when switching windows

Hi, I don't think this was intended so, every time I open a page with a video in it (e.g. YT) and switch to another window before the video starts to load, the FlashGot Media icon doesn't appear and won't appear when switching back. It only happens when switching windows,when I switch tabs it works fine. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm using the lastest Firefox beta [10.0] and FlashGot stable [1.3.6] on W7 x64

Starting here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwidSOEBscQ, I cannot seem to click another (Youtube) link (from that page), then click back again before the linked page has already recognized the Media. So when I go forward again (which according to you should fail to detect the Media, if I'm understanding), it works?

Well I don't know how much more specific could I be, it happens to any video. For example: open a new window [e.g. with "about:home" as a tab], go to [on 1st window] "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qc2W4mmEMqg" then switch to the just opened window [window 2] quickly, before the video loads. By the time the video is already playing there's no FlashGot Media icon and the only way to download the video is to reload the page and wait for the video to load again while focusing that page.

The thing is, I usually use FF with two windows, so while I'm using 'window 2' [for searching, playing, reading,etc], I like to watch and dl videos on 'window 1', but I have to enter the link in 'window 1' and wait like 20 seconds each video until the page fully loads and the video starts to be able to dl, and since I'm constantly watching, it's a hassle to do that on every video
