Allow script under the same domain

Post by ryan4 »

I am using NoScript 2.25

With default setting, when I browse to this page: http://www.iana.org/domains/example/

Scripts got blocked, but all the scripts are under the same domain.

Is it possible to block, say, block only scripts from other domains?

Thanks.

ABE FAQ, especially Section 8.10

ETA: This is a duplicate of this post, and about a thousand others.

PLEASE, people, *read* the FAQ, or at least search it, *before* posting, as requested in the very first of the Forum Rules. It would free up a lot of support time to help those with issues not already covered, and your dedicated, loyal, hard-working Support Team would appreciate it very, very, much.

Thank you! :D

Hello, everyone!

I didn't open a new thread because the subject of this one is exactly what I'm gonna ask.

I have read ABE FAQ 8.10 and some other posts but it seems that they doesn't answer my question:

Is there an ABE rule or another option of NoScript (I'm using 2.6.4.2 & FF 18 atm) which would "allow script from site X if current page also goes from site X where X is any site of the internet and is not blacklisted".

Admittedly, that one is a little harder to find.
Please see ABE Rules .pdf, Section 1.3, and examine the variations of SELF.
You probably want SELF+ or SELF++

You can also use RequestPolicy.
