[RESOLVED] 404 on NS updates, and all MZ, apparently

http://noscript.net/getit direct link to latest stable 2.2.3 gives a 404. (secure.informaction etc.)

MZ has site troubles, too.
On 3.6.24, Tools > Add-ons > Check for updates, repeated message, "An error occurred while trying to find updates for (name of add-on).

addonn.mozilla.org keeps giving timeouts when I click on NS in "Most Popular". Now, it won't even reach its home page.

The green Install button at noscript.net now works, as does Firefox Add-ons, but they're not secure.

To install, just drag and drop it onto your address bar.

... isn't the last sentence obsolete, and perhaps should be updated?

I was in fact able to drag the link up to the Address Bar, but then had to hit Enter. The process then goes as usual.
Isn't just clicking the link easier and more intuitive? IIRC, the sentence in question was from a few years back, when the direct link was first implemented.
(One obtained the .xpi and dragged it onto the browser, again IIRC)

If I'm mistaken, please forgive me.
