Grab all pix thumbnails lead to but not thumbnails?

I guess I'm missing a trick, but I can't see how to do what I want.

What I want is that whem I'm on a page of thumbnails I can download the pics they link to but not the thumbnails or anything else. If there are vids or links to vids I don't mind if they get grabbed too. But right now all I'm able to accomplish is grabbing all the thumbnails on a page, not the pics on the sub-pages. I seem to remember doing this with an earlier verson but can't figure out how to now.
