In the meantime, if you still have one machine that is configured the way you like it, you can use
this legacy method of synchronizing either the entire profile or just your NoScript settings. There is a step-by-step guide for novice users, and a shortened version for experienced users.
Else you can just build up the Untrusted list as you experience those scripts trying to load. Surely you can remember your configuration settings in each tab of NS Options, too? (Embeddings is easy for me -- I check them all, for maximum safety.
