Flashgot (linux/firefox) options settings location (where?)

I am using Flashget with Ubuntu Linux/Firefox
Wget works well on premium download sites, provided that you are logged into the site. I wish to change the wget , using the advanced options to include the cookies and the download directory location

Where do I find the options file (??) where I can change this or do I use the advanced options and create a new downloader e.g
/usr/bin/xterm -e /usr/bin/wget --load-cookes=/home/user/cookies.txt --destination=/home/user/downloads [URL]
