I have used NoScript for a long while. Just upgraded to latest FireFox and 2.1.5 NoScript. Has worked fine for a while. Kept working fine after installing Advanced System Care 4 and Glary Utilities to do some quick registry cleaning. Now when I use NoScript it remembers changes and settings ONLY so long as FireFox is open. Even if I set a permanent allow, it forgets as soon as I restart the browser. Likewise, it began popping up the NoScript home page on each browser restart as though there had been an upgrade.
Anyone else experience this? Any known fixes other than wiping and reinstalling FF + all addons?

I had also just installed Malwarebytes to try for the first time instead of Spybot, if that helps.

All the NoScript configuration is stored in the prefs.js file, along with all the other Firefox settings.
Most likely, some of your security software is preventing Firefox from saving its settings in your profile directory.
