how to download ONE video file from website, novamov?

Firefox 6.02, Windows XP SP3, no alternative download managers.

Have used flashgot just occasionally in the past, no issues. Could/defaulted to "main" or only flash window for download. Now it's downloading anything and everything.

I have the flashgot icon on my address line, search bar line with pulldown triangle next to it. All it asks for when I click is for the location to download to. Then it downloads everything.

I'm using free TV's (http://www.free-tv-video-online.me) link via novamov to view comedy central's charlie sheen roast, in case that matters.

How/where do I enable/use the option to only download the flash item on the screen?

I'm having the same problem running Snow leopard, on an iMac G5 Using Firefox 6.0.9. Flashgot's performance is either perfect or all hell breaks loose! Usually when I run a video on a web page the Flashgot icon will appear in the toolbar below and if i click it I get the download that I want. If it's not there and I pull down tools in Firefox it's an option, but; There are no specific options for one specific video!
Instead I have to choose between Flashgot All, Flashgot tabs, build gallery, autostart downloads, then options and there is nothing in options that says 'Start Flashgot for selected media"
