I am curious.
I use NoScript and I like how it works and the ideas behind it.
One thing over the years of using it that would come in very handy would be a small popup box next to your cursor when you are allowing or disallowing a script from site X.COM that would explain in short terms what I am blocking. Some of the sites I have no idea what they are doing or why they are running a script.
For example. Say I go to Microsoft. I ONLY want Microsoft scripts running, not other tracking software. If I were to hit the button that lists the sites to block or unblock, would there be a way so that when I put my mouse over the site, it would tell me something about the site I'm choosing to allow or disallow scripts from. For instance, on this site, it has a list of about 10 scripts from other sites. If I put my mouseover wimbledon.com, scorecardresearch.com, etc.... is there a way to add functionality to have a one or two line bit pop up that says "This site typically tracks what you do", "This site typically counts hits", "This site steals your life."
Just a thought.
Thanks!
