I'm setting up a computer for my dad. He's elderly and doesn't understand computers. I've tried, but he's unable to learn how to use NoScript.
What (if any) protections does NoScript provide when it's installed but the "Scripts Globally Allowed (dangerous)" setting is active? Are Anti-XSS, ClearClick, & ABE protections still active?
I'm trying to figure out if I should just uninstall NoScript on my dad's computer or leave it installed but globally allow scripts.

Yes, all the three and more are (e.g. the anti-tabnapping protection).Sam S. wrote: What (if any) protections does NoScript provide when it's installed but the "Scripts Globally Allowed (dangerous)" setting is active? Are Anti-XSS, ClearClick, & ABE protections still active?
Basically any protection feature that is not specifically content-blocking related remains active (including ClearClick, anti-XSS filter, ABE, HTTPS enhancements, external filters if enabled and so on).
