Using site
http://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/rectype/trees/owt/
then allowing the various script sources one by one, eventually had whole page allowed, with a nice blue S icon.
Could not get the Search button to work, or the Clear form or Advanced toggles to work. So I Assume scripts are still not allowed.
I couldn't work out from the source where the associated code was buried, I guess it must be on a third party remote server somewhere
and since I don't know the name I can't allow it.

Re: OneWorld tree search can't be enabled
Both the Search button and the Advanced toggle work for me if I allow ancestry.co.uk, yahooapis.com, and mfcreative.com. I don't see a "Clear form" toggle or button, even in my test profile that uses no extensions.
Perhaps your NoScript settings got messed up somehow. Reset the NoScript Options by pressing Reset at the bottom of the Options dialog. Export your whitelist before doing that if you've added any trusted or untrusted sites you'd like to restore after NoScript is working again.
Hope this helps. Please let us know whether it does.
