When I go to www.facebook.com NoScript will block the site. However, if I type in www.facebook.com/my_profile or whatever my profile url is it will take me to Facebook and then I can just press Home and it will take me to the Home page. Like I said it only blocks it if I just go the main page without going to it from somewhere else. One of the things it does when it blocks it is the page is white and this message appears at the top:
Request {http://netreg.uah.edu/reggie <<< http://www.facebook.com/ - 6} filtered by ABE: <LOCAL> Deny
What does this mean?

Re: NoScript blocks Facebook
It indicates that your network is intercepting a facebook request and redirecting it to a local unroutable server (netreg.uah.edu), and NS (ABE SYSTEM LOCAL rule) blocks private requests from public origins.RandomlyKnighted wrote:When I go to http://www.facebook.com NoScript will block the site. So there's nothing I can do to fix it?

Create a new profile, make sure it has no extensions, configure connection settings to "no proxy," go to facebook, what happens?RandomlyKnighted wrote:So there's nothing I can do to fix it?
