Odd NoScript behavior

I'm seeing some strange NoScript behavior on one particular web site (or two web sites with a redirect). I've got both of the websites involved set to Allow see the "trusted" icon at first on pages from both sites. But somewhere along the line the Trusted icon is replaced with a Untrusted. I've never seen when the switch happens, but I'm still on a page from the trusted site.

Is this normal behavior?
Is there a NoScipt log that might say what is happening?

I've been using NoScipt for years but am new to Firefox 5 and am not sure what to expect.
