Running addon from a batchfile?

Is it possible in a batch file to first open firefox, to the website in question
then in the same batchfile tell it to run flashgot (automated settings would be a bonus)

I am trying to use it on a site that has a list of HTML "reports" that would have to be re downloaded each week and trying to automate some of it

You really, really want to investigate wGet or cURL, and invoke either directly from your batch.
