Darker placholder andother UI changes

After updating to 2.1.2.3 I noticed that the placeholder is a little darker and the version number is displayed next to "About NoScript." I couldn't find these changes in the changelog, are these official changes?

Actually these are the changes between 2.1.2.2 and 2.1.2.3:

As you can see, there's nothing about placeholder.
OTH, since they're semi-transparent, if a certain page changed its background this may be reflected by the placeholders appearing there.
