I have recently noticed that my banks billpay site triggers clickjack on almost every page (other parts of the online banking site do not) I am running the current development version (2.1.2.1rc1) on firefox 3.5.19 (actually iceweasel, if that matters). Report Id 1812733 and I think also 1812735 are for this.
On a site I help maintain, we sometimes embed request tracker in a frame (not iframe), and that is also triggering clickjack protection any time the embedded frame is clicked on (report 1812728, or http://www.openafs.org/support.html, and click on "Open bugs and requests can be reviewed."
