Some pages block the back button and/or change the history by javascript:history.back.
Is it possible to prevent those particular actions (firefox)?
If not, if would be a nice feature, a separate configuration checkbox for this...

This isn't really within the scope of NoScript, but maybe you could do something with Greasemonkey?
