2.1.1 under windows forgets allows every few minutes

I'm trying to upload and download on dropbox.com. It needs javascript. I allow it. a few minutes later if I refresh, it shows it isn't alowed, and I have to reenable it. Other sites too.

I have bookmark sync off. There is no visible way to fix any database it might be using.

It is very consistent and I've restarted and rebooted a few times. It isn't just dropbox but other sites too.

Are other preferences reset too?

Is the "preferences" box checked in Sync options?
Do other preferences get overwritten as well?

I have preference checked (I do want some other prefs synced), but I also have noscript.sync.enabled set to false

But it only removes Allows, never pushes the allows I create the other way.

I reset the capability.policy.manoscript.sites.

That's very strange, because NoScript should reset them automatically on startup.
You can mass-edit them by exiting the browser and editing your prefs.js file, removing their user_pref(...) lines.

I reset the capability.policy.manoscript.sites.

This should suffice for your whitelist not to be overwritten.
