NS toolbar button doesn't drop the menu in new Fx4 profile
After installation in a new profile and restart the button appears on the main toolbar with a drop marker. The NS menu does not drop down on hover or click. After removing and putting it back, the button no longer has the drop marker and starts working.

Confirmed.
(I'm sure I saw this before, but being unfamiliar with FF, having it do nothing did not necessarily seem odd.)

Or simply open a new window.
Only the first window is affected, the first time.
