OK, finally manage to reproduce.
It seems quite a tough fix, though.
While you're waiting, you might want to add .mail.yahoo.com to your clearClick.exceptions about:config preference.

Another case which I'm hoping this will sort out. Is that I just clicked an email where by it never even had a link and it was given a clear click warning. I simply wanted to copy and paste some text.
