You think reinstalling NoScript could help? Edit: Reinstalling did the trick. There is a huge load of settings there now like in the picture. I'll restart to check if they remain. Because if they don't then there is something eating them.
Edit2: Ok restart didn't mess around with the settings again. I don't know what caused the issue in the first place but I'm hoping it's done. Will check if NoScript and Nightly like each other better now.
