Is NS responsible?

See attached screenshot. IE is on top, FF 3.6.17 on the bottom.

Note the row of content that is circled and appears in IE but not in FF.

Any idea if NS is responsible for this?

It works for me. NoScript isn't responsible. What happens if you temporarily disable Adblock Plus by middle-clicking the Adblock Plus button?

Actually, what I discovered is that those links (like Contact, etc.) ARE actually there. But they are only a few pixels high and are at the bottom of the black band and rendered in black font themselves. I don't know who may be doing this, but it isn't AdBllock.
