So over the past month or two I've been noticing several sites getting this treatment due to noscript. The website is there, but there's just text and links. All the images and other embedding is gone. This just started happening within the past hour to youtube. I did a search and found this page and did what it suggested, but it didn't change anything. When I disable no script, websites work as normal. So, what's going on?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I cannot see any screenshot of yours (expired?)
Anyway, do those page work as expected with NoScript disabled but JavaScript disabled as well through the built-in global switch in Firefox's Tools|Options|Content?

(Pic looks fine to me.)
URL of that website? Youtube (URL)?
What (associated) domains do you have Allowed? Any other extensions? If you disable all extensions except for NoScript ...?

Hummm, actually playing with it a bit more it looks like it's AdBlock that's messing up the sites and not NoScript. Sorry, for the mistake. I'll go bug them now.
