Hi,
I've just installed my OS, Ubuntu 11.04.
It comes with Firefox 4, currently is 4.0.1.
Then I installed jdownloader which is 0.2-0jd1.
That version jdownloader comes with extension flashgot that is not compatible with Firefox 4.0.1 (I don't know how to check the version but it says "not compatible when I click it to install from JDownloader window)
Then I install flashgot from Firefox, which is 1.2.9.3.
Restarted my browser, but I see that I can not choose jdownloader as my download manager from flashgot preferences.
It seems flashgot 1.2.9.3 miss jdownloader integration or maybe i do something wrong?
Thanks in Advance.
Jasbutut.

Re: JDownloader Integration With Flashgot 1.2.9.3
For FlashGot to recognize JDownloader as installed, it must be launched and used at least once while JDownloader is already running.

I doubt any "regular" user would be able to figure that out!!! I almost uninstalled both programs until I searched a bit more and found this forum. The developer should consider putting some sort of pop-up message informing the user when they try to add JDownloader integration, as it was always greyed out for me until I read this.
