It should be half the size. Even considering Fitts' Law there should be a balance with aesthetics and efficient use of space. eg:
"Scripts Partially Allowed | <SCRIPT>: 87 | <OBJECT>: 0"
Could be much nicer:
"87 Scripts blocked" followed by the icon which would indicate partial/global allow
