When I add new sites to 'Advanced -> External Filters -> Do not filter objects coming from these sites' the sites are lost when I restart the browser.

it works for me as long as at least one filter (e.g. Blitzableiter) is defined with its executable.
Please notice that the default entry is just a (disabled) sample, and as such it is immutable.

Confirmed: with executable defined, the site list is remembered.
