Likely because it was a SPAM post, since deleted.

To expand on what therube already stated, often times spammers will pick a topic that has been idle for a while to post their crap hoping that it will be unnoticed and target those who are subscribed to it. However, we are pretty quick and effective in catching and eliminating them but we keep them in a private area only available to us, so when you follow it, it will tell you that you can't access it if it has been deleted or moved by one of us. However, if you do happen to find it and notice its spam and by some chance none of us have caught it, please click on the report button on the post and let us know, thanks.
