Noscript 2.1.0.3rc5 no german locale?

In the last dev Version Noscript 2.1.0.3rc5 the German locale
is not available! Is the German Locale never supported?

Very likely a bug in the script which downloads and merges the locales into the build, triggered by the presence of the new hsb-DE and dsb-DE locales.
In fact, the "de" locale is there but is not listed in chrome.manifest.
