I'm not certain NoScript is the problem, but it seems to be the only candidate. I use a site called focusfusion.com, and on their comment and discussion boards there's a button to select a smilie for insert. It is supposed to open a pop-up window, and any smilie clicked appears in the text at the pointer/cursor.
But now the smilie page overlays the whole comment page, and clicking does nothing. Page back returns to the source page, but no smilie insert is there.
This occurs only in FireFox; other browsers (Opera, IE, Safari, etc.) work properly.
Interference with Smilie popup?

That site appears to be under construction. I'm unable to attempt to duplicate your problem. Have you looked at the General Troubleshooting Instructions yet?
Do you have the same problem if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Don't check any of the boxes. Just click Continue in safe mode.)
If starting in Firefox safe mode works then disable your extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions or use the option in the safe mode startup window) and re-enable them one by one until you find which one is causing it.
Close and restart Firefox after each change.

If that doesn't work, then try this.
Clear the browser cache:
- Tools->Options->Advanced->Network tab->click on "Clear Now" button
Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved:
- Select Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
- Click the Show Cookies button
- Search for the site, select the cookies, click Remove Cookie
